Cook soba noodles according to the package instructions.
Once noodles are cooked, drain and rinse under cold running water. Drain well. Transfer noodles to a plate.
Mix A and divide the dipping sauce into 2 small bowls.
Put scallions, wasabi and nori seaweed (optional) on a small plate and serve with the noodles.
