How to change my account information?

To Change your account information, Go to "My page" -> "Account Information" -> enter new information. Click "Edit account information"

How to delete my account?

To delete your account, Go to "My page" -> "Delete My Account" -> Click "Review" . Check the box, click "Delete My Account"

Do I need to sign up to place an order?

No.
However, we recommend signing up so you can make a favorite product list or access the order history.

Social Login

Google users can link your google account after signing up.
Go to “My Page” in order to connect the accounts. After that, you will no longer need a password to log in.

How I can order as a gift?

Registered user:
You may add sender and recipient information in "My Page”.

Guest user:
Please enter recipient information at checkout.

How can I ship to multiple recipients?

Please follow the steps below:
1. Select all of products and quantities for your order.
2. Add the recipients on the "Select Recipient" page and check the box for each recipient.
3. Adjust the quantities and confirm.
4. Proceed to payment.

How to confirm my order

Registered user:
Please check the confirmation email or go to "My Page."

Guest user:
Please check the confirmation email or please contact us via the inquiry form.

How to change or cancel my order?

Registered user:
Go to "My Orders / Write a Review" in "My page". Click "Review my order" and go to the bottom of the page.
You can click "Cancel My Order" button to cancel your order.
If you wish to change the contents of your order, please cancel it and place a new order.

Guest user:
Please contact us via inquiry form.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour after receiving the confirmation email.

This is a gift. Please do not include an invoice.

We will not enclose the invoice for gift orders.

Are assorted sets available?

Yes, 200㎖ and 500㎖ assorted sets are available.

200㎖ assorted sets
You can select any 200㎖ product in sets of 3, 5 or 10.

500㎖ assorted sets
You can select any 500㎖ product in sets of 2, 4, 8 or 12.

Can I return products?

Please examine your orders upon receipt for any damage or incorrect items. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately. In case of damage, we will replace the products.

What is the shelf life?

How long can I use the products after opening?

It is not possible to determine how long the original flavor lasts after opening due to the storage conditions. Therefore, we generally recommend that the products to be used as quickly as possible after opening.

Do the products spoil after the best before date?

Soy sauce usually does not go bad. However, the taste and the flavor will change. For that reason, we recommend that you do not use the products past their best before date.
