- In addition to the price of the merchandise, there is a separate fee for shipping.
The shipping fee will be determined by the total weight of the merchandise. Please see here for details.
- All customs-related expenses for the merchandise
Please note that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees in the recipient country.
​​​​​​In such cases, the recipient will be responsible for payment of these charges.
Please pay the shipping company or customs authorities directly at the time of receipt.

Merchandise will be shipped within three business days after an order is received. However, it may be around a week before merchandise is shipped during busy periods, such as the end of the year and the summer gift-giving season.

Please examine your merchandise immediately upon arrival, and if you find any errors, defects, or other problems, please contact us.
We will replace your merchandise and cover the shipping and handling fees.
For any other merchandise returns, you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
You will also be responsible for applicable fees in the following cases.
- Shipping and handling fees for re-shipping in the event that a shipment is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse because the recipient did not receive the shipment at the delivery address within the specified period.
- Shipping and handling fees for re-shipping in the event that a shipment was returned because the shipment was rejected at the delivery address.
