    Ingredients (2 servings)

    150g silken tofu
    100g milk chocolate, finely chopped
    ½ tbsp Dashi Soy Sauce
    Coarsely chopped walnuts, as needed
    Mint leaves, as needed

    Directions

    Blend tofu in a bowl until smooth.

    Melt chocolate in the double boiler or in the microwave.

    Add (2) and Dashi Soy Sauce to (1) and mix.

    Divide (3) into two small cups and cool in the fridge until firm. Arrange walnuts and mint leaves on top.
