- Shiso, julienned
- 4 leaves
- Pasteurized egg yolks

- Shredded seaweed

- White sesame seeds

Directions
Marinate tuna slices and A in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Serve rice in two bowls. Place egg yolk gently on top and pour remaining marinade. Sprinkle shiso, seaweed and sesame seeds, if desired.
