200g cooked udon noodle

20ml Sweet Udon Soy Sauce

40ml water

Chopped green onions, as needed

Grated daikon radish, as needed

Sudachi (or lime, lemon), ½,optional

Tenkasu (tempura scraps), optional

Directions

Cook udon noodles according to the package directions.

Serve (1) in a bowl. Mix (A) and pour it over udon.

Garnish with green onions, daikon, sudachi and tenkasu (optional).
