This soup base contains dried sardines from Kagawa Ibuki Island. By simply diluting, you can make authentic Sanuki-style soup base for udon noodles.
Heat up Udon Soup Base and water in a pot.
Reheat cooked udon noodles in the boiling water. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Pour (1) over the noodles. Garnish with green onions, kamaboko and grated ginger (optional).
