Cut beef, tofu and shungiku into desired sizes.
Remove stems from Shiitake mushrooms. Slice the naganegi diagonally.
Parboil the Shirataki noodles then cut into desired lengths.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the beef. Add (A), (2), (3), shungiku, tofu and simmer.
Serve with beaten egg for dipping.
