    Spaghetti
    160g
    Mixed mushrooms (shiitake, shimeji, enoki, or any mushrooms of your choice)
    45g
    Garlic, sliced
    ½ clove
    Butter
    2 tbsp
    Dashi Soy Sauce
    2tsp
    Salt and Ground black peppe
    to taste
    Parsley
    chopped (optional)
    Salt for boiling spaghetti
    as needed

    Directions

    Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions.

    Trim the mushrooms and slice or shred them into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat the butter in the pan and sauté garlic until golden. Then, add mushroom and sauté for more. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add cooked spaghetti and Dashi Soy Sauce. Serve on a plate topped with parsley (optional).
