    Ingredients (2 servings)

    Any greens (komatsuna, spinach, watercress, chard, etc.)
    100g
    Carrots, shredded into 4cm/1.57in length
    50g
    Bean sprouts
    50g
    Chili Dashi Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp
    Roasted sesame seeds
    as needed

    Directions

    Cut greens into 4cm/1.57in length, if necessary.

    Put greens, carrots and bean sprouts in the microwave safe dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cook for few minutes. Once cooled, squeeze off excess water.

    Mix (2) and Chili Dashi Soy Sauce in a bowl.

    Serve on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.
