    Any mushrooms of your choice
    Shimeji mushrooms, stemmed
    50g
    Maitake mushrooms, stemmed
    50g
    Eringi mushrooms, stemmed
    40g
    Shiitake mushrooms
    30g
    Grated daikon
    as needed
    Chopped scallions
    as needed
    Classic Yuzu Soy Sauce
    as needed
    Vegetable oil
    as needed

    Directions

    Separate shimeji and maitake mushrooms.

    Slice eringi and shiitake mushrooms.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté (1) and (2).

    Serve on a plate. Top with grated daikon, chopped scallions and Classic Yuzu Soy Sauce.
