Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry chopped onion until soft, then remove from the heat.
Soak breadcrumbs in milk
Knead together (1), (2) and (A) in a bowl. Divide into 2 portions for large patties.
Heat the oil in a pan. Cook patties until browned on the bottom. Flip it over and reduce heat to low. Cover and steam fry until the juice runs clear. Use a fork or skewer to pierce the meat.
Make two fried eggs in another pan.
Serve rice in two bowls. Top with red leaf lettuce, patties, avocado, tomatoes and fried egg. Pour Dashi Chuno Sauce.
