Score chicken thighs and pierce the skin with the fork. Let it marinate in Teriyaki Soy Sauce for about 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan, cook (1) with skin side down until it is browned, then turn it over.
Lower the heat, cover and sauté until it is cooked.
Add the remaining marinade liquid in the pan, turning the chicken through the glaze.
Serve with red leaf lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
