Dredge pork slices in corn starch. One slice at a time, cook the pork slice in the simmering water. As soon as the color changes, take it out. Repeat the steps.
Cut tomatoes into wedges.
Rinse sliced onions in the water and drain.
Arrange in order on a plate: lettuce, tomatoes, pork, onion and radish sprouts. Drizzle with Dashi Ponzu Soy Sauce.
