Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, rub Garlic Dashi Soy Sauce on the chicken pieces. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Coat marinated chicken pieces with (A). Fry them in the heated oil at 170C (340F) until deep golden brown and cooked through.
Arrange (2) on a plate with lettuce and tomatoes.
