Cut the sweet bell pepper, cabbage and bacon into easy-to-eat sizes. Pull out the tough strings of the snap peas.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the sweet bell pepper, cabbage, bacon and snap peas from 1 above. Stir in the Salad Dressing. Make a hole at the center of the ingredients in the frying pan and crack an egg into the hole.
Put a lid on the frying pan and braise until the egg in the middle is cooked through and hardens.
