Grilled Mushroom Ohitashi (Japanese salad in dashi)

Ingredients

- Shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
- 60g
- Shimeji mushrooms
- 50g
- Maitake mushrooms
- 50g
- Yuzu peel
- optional
- Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce
- as needed
Directions
Cut off the base of shimeji and maitake mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
Heat a pan and cook mushrooms until browned.
Serve on a plate and top with yuzu peel. Drizzle with Less Sodium Dashi Soy Sauce.
