Usage

■ How to Make Dashi

1. Bring 500ml of water and a dashi packet in a pot to a boil over medium heat.
2. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove the packet.

※ Please be careful to avoid burns.
◎ Adjust the amount of water to your preference.
◎ Soak the dashi pack in water at least for 5 minutes prior to boiling to enhance the flavor. 
◎ This product contains only dashi ingredients. Please season to taste.

How to store

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
After opening, close tightly and keep refrigerated. Please use as soon as possible.
