Made with bonito karebushi (high-grade bonito shavings fermented with fungus) aged with care in Makurazaki, Kagoshima, which is renowned for its katsuobushi (bonito shavings). This is mixed with Japan-made mackerel shavings, kombu kelp, and Kamada’s proprietary salmon shavings and other ingredients to create richly aromatic and flavorful dashi (stock) packs. The result is clear golden dashi with a mild, elegant aroma.
Recommended for fragrant thin broth soups and steamed egg custards.
